Termly Fees for Waverley Prep School from January 2025 (includes VAT where applicable)
Our fee structure charges Core School Day Fees (08:30hrs - 15:30hrs) and Breakfast Club/After School Club separately. This structure means that parents only pay for the care either side of the educational school day that is required. Therefore, to calculate your total fees, please view the Core School Day Fees then add on any additional Club care if required.
- Fees stated include VAT where chargeable.
- Fees are due in full by the first day of each term.
- Our notice period for both withdrawing from School (with the exception of the Reception year) and also any 'Top-Up' Specialist Clubs is one full term's notice in writing. This means notice must be given by the last day of the Easter holidays for pupils wishing to withdraw at the end of the Summer term. Please view our Terms and Conditions for full details.
- Core After School Club, Breakfast Club and Early Risers are subject to one month's notice.

Discounts, Scholarships and Bursaries
Annual Fee Discount
We offer a discretionary discount of 3% if fees are paid in full annually in advance by the first day of term.
Please note that there is normally a date in July by when parents must notify the Bursar that they wish to pay fees annually in advance. Beyond this date in July, we are unable to offer the annual fee discount as an option.
Sibling Discounts
Where there are two or more siblings attending the school at the same time a discretionary discount is applied to the older sibling's fees. A discretionary discount may also be available for the older school pupil when a younger sibling is attending the Nursery for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Please contact the Admissions Dept for further information at admissions@waverleyschool.co.uk.
Scholarships and Bursaries
Occasionally the school may offer scholarships that are awarded based on merit. There are currently no scholarship opportunities available.
Existing Waverley families who require additional assistance with fees may apply for a means-tested bursary. Bursaries are not available for new families wishing to join Waverley.
